The tour takes you south of Manila, to the old town of Pagsanjan. After lunch, transfer to a dug-out canoe for the trip to the falls. Your boatman rows you upstream where you can view lush greenery & towering cliffs. The first falls are 20 mins away. The second, main falls (another 25 mins further on, unreachable at high water). There is a 70 ft drop to this falls. You can swim or ride a bamboo raft (small extra fee applies) to take you underneath the waterfall.
- Your trip downstream is an exciting experience to shoot the rapids. Your boatman manouvres the boat between the rocks & boulders until you reach the calm river of Pagsanjan.

From Manila, the 150-seater 25 knot ferryboat brings you to the island in just an hour. Upon arrival, visitors board the pre-war type streetcars called "tramvias" that will tour them around the island fortress.

Drive down the winding road to Talisay, Batangas. Board a motorized outrigger boat to Taal Volcano Island 30 minutes away.
Trek up the soft black lava sand (or pay for a donkey ride) to the rim of the crater to view the caldera.
- Return to the lakeside inn for lunch. It can be dusty and hot, we advise you to bring an extra set of clothes, hat and suntan lotion.

(2,5 hrs one way), set lunch at 4pm, hike with trail escort by a local (no guide available), 4x4 jeepride Sta Juliana-drop off point, Sta Juliana.
After six hundred years of inactivity, suddenly in 1991, with only minimal warning, the volcano erupted in all its fury throwing ashes and pyroclastic materials as high as 50,000 ft. into the atmosphere.
- Now regarded as the biggest eruption of the 20th century, Mt. Pinatubo has fallen back to sleep, having left spectacular Lahar formations.
You may choose either to hike up to the crater lake (3 hrs one way) or use the 4x4 jeep nearly all the way up and hike up and down the last 40 minutes only (one way).
Note: Subject to conditions, this tour is not advisable after days of continuous rain.
